Returns & Eligibility
• Used or opened tea products are non-refundable and cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.
• If your tea has not been opened or touched, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
1. Contact Us – Email our customer support team at support@mexividausa.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Shipping & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened, used, or partially consumed tea.
• Items returned after the 10-day window.
